So, we've decided to make a change that benefits us all - we're introducing Anniversary Date Billing!
Our software capabilities allow us to support enrollment throughout the calendar year, and we're now aligning our membership billing process accordingly. This move, known as Anniversary Date Billing, ensures you can enroll at any point of the year and enjoy a full year's membership from your date of enrollment.
No more worrying about the timing of your enrollment or dealing with prorated payments. With the shift to Anniversary Date Billing, a member will always pay the full annual dues amount at the start of their membership, no more pesky pro-rates! Your membership will then be set for renewal 365 days later, giving you a full year of uninterrupted benefits and eliminating the stress of unexpected renewal dates.
We believe that this transition to Anniversary Date Billing is a step forward in improving the overall membership experience at TAPA. It will provide more clarity around membership dues and renewals, simplify our billing processes, and most importantly, it aligns with the value we place on fairness and transparency for all members.
