RESULTS OF 2023 ELECTIONS

TAPA is excited to announce the results of the recent elections for the TAPA Board of Directors and Texas Delegate to the AAPA House of Delegates. We had an outstanding response from our members, with one of the highest turnouts. Thank everyone who participated.

The winners of the TAPA BOD Elections are: 

• President-Elect: Monica Ward, MPAS, AT, PA-C, DFAAPA 
• Secretary: Heather Davis-Lopez, MPLC, MPAS, PA-C
• Director-at-Large: Leticia Bland, DHSc, MPAS, PA-C
• Director-at-Large: Steven Hunter, DMSc, MBA, PA-C, CPAAPA

The winners of the Texas Delegates to the AAPA HOD are:

• Monica Ward, MPAS, AT, PA-C, DFAAPA
• Sonali Weerasinghe, MPH, MPAS, PA-C
• James Delaney, MS-PA-C, CAQ-OS
• Andrew Sauer, DMSc, PA-C, RT(R,CT,N), CNMT

Each of these individuals will begin their roles in July 2023.
